Greenways has taken pride of place in the heart of Seaford since its humble beginnings in 1976. And with such a rich history, it’s not surprising that the Probus connections run deep here.

If it’s activities, events, fashion, fun and laughter your after, you can’t look past Greenways. In July the village hosted the Cabella Mia Winter Fashion Show. And what a great event!

In May 2022, Greenways made the finishing touches to two brand new units at the village, a stunning 3 bedroom unit with private garden and a generous 2 bedroom with a huge rear deck with views over Pimpala park.

Community spirit is so important for any retirement village. And, at Greenways, that generosity of spirit — thanks to the thriving, inclusive, caring and selfless resident community — has never been stronger.

Greenways has been a happy home to residents on the Peninsula for over 46 years. In July 2021 Greenways was proud to celebrate another special milestone: Joy Goudie’s 100th birthday!
